Warren, PA is located in the Northwestern corner of PA. It sits a short distance south of the NY border. It sits on the edge of the Allegheny forest, and has a lot of small attractions that are well worth the time to visit.
The Kinzua Bridge. These photos were taken at the Kinzua Bridge State Park. This is a railroad bridge that got hit by an F1 tornado and half of it got knocked down. Rather than restoring the whole bridge, they turned it into a park with an overlook at the end, and glass tiles to let you look down the center of the 210 feet of supports. To learn more, visit the park's website at http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/findapark/kinzuabridge/
The Rimrock Overlook
Rimrock Overlook offers a scenic view of Kinzua Bay, which extends southwest from the main body of the Allegheny Reservoir. The overlook is a 200 foot elevation drop from the parking area (via steps).
